Matte black leather outer layer w/ matte black perforated vinyl inner liner.
One edge of the collar is machine sewn while the other is hand stitched w/ heavy duty embroidery thread. Features chunky blunt tip plastic spikes that have been filled w/ light red glitter acrylic liquid one side is marked w/ numbers.
Please note that air bubbles may occur. You can give it a good shake & that usually fixes it.
